- The kit contains certain equipment and medicines, some of which are high-risk and are intended to be used strictly in medical emergencies. While some medicines may be life-saving, they carry significant risk and are therefore recommended to be used only by trained doctors or in the presence of a doctor experienced in their use.
- Rescue Kit shall not be responsible for any damage suffered by users arising from the use of services available on www.rescuekit.com. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-delivery, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by any act or omission of the vendor. This limitation of liability also applies to any damage or injury resulting from failure of performance, negligence, defects, deletion, errors, omissions, interruptions, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, communication line failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration or use of records, whether arising from breach of contract, tortious conduct, or any other cause.
- Prices of the Rescue Kit Medical Emergency First Aid Kit are subject to change without prior notice.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided for any individual item or the complete kit.

- Professional medical advice should never be disregarded, nor should medical treatment be delayed, based on information read or accessed through this kit.
- Rescue Kit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, the payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed accordingly.
- No complaints shall be entertained after 10 days from the date of delivery of the order.
- A medical emergency kit is inherently incomplete, as there is no fixed limit to the contents such a kit may require. Efforts have been made to include essential medicines, equipment, oxygen support, and a well-designed bag to assist doctors, assistants, and technicians in managing medical emergencies. Depending on the nature of work at the center or the level of risk involved at the OPD, users are advised to add additional items as required. For example, Oxy99 contains approximately 6 litres of oxygen (about 150 puffs as per Oxy99) intended for first-aid use only. If greater oxygen support is required, users may arrange a larger oxygen cylinder from a local supplier.
- All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
